With over 30 years of experience in therapy, education and women’s health, Emma brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to her teaching.
Her own journey through burnout and nervous system dysregulation inspired her to create supportive, transformative spaces for women to heal and thrive.
As the founder of Nuveya Life, Emma is passionate about blending modern science and ancient wisdom to help women navigate life’s transitions with a deep sense of belonging, and peace.
