Supporting Women Through Change - Nervous System & Yoga Nidra Grounded

You have been holding so much for so long, and at some point the body asks to be listened to.

I work with women through menopause and other significant life changes, supporting them to live life with more ease, safety, and self-trust.

My work lives where science meets soul, shaped by years of listening to bodies, including my own, under pressure, and learning what helps them soften, settle, and trust again. This creates space for gentle, lasting change.

I am the author of Reclaim Yourself: A Nurturing Guide to Menopause & Beyond, Book One in the Embodied Woman Series, written for women navigating change and finding their way home to themselves.

How This Work Found Me

I have always been curious about what it means to live well in a body that is sensitive, cyclical, and deeply responsive to the world around it.

Early experiences of loss and instability taught me how quickly the nervous system learns to stay alert, busy, and vigilant. Like many women, I became skilled at coping, caring, and carrying on, even when my inner world felt unsettled.

Over time, I came to understand that what I was experiencing was not failure or weakness, but dysregulation and a lack of safety in my body. That realisation changed everything.

Rather than trying to fix myself, I began to listen.

As I did, I discovered something important. It is never too late to turn your life around, not through force or reinvention, but by coming back to yourself, creating inner safety and living from a place of understanding.

Why safety comes first…

Experience has shown me that change happens when the body feels safe enough to soften.

What matters first is a sense of steadiness in the nervous system, space to slow down, and a sense of belonging in your body

This feels especially true during menopause and midlife, when old identities loosen and the body asks for a different pace.

My role is to create the conditions where listening becomes possible and something new can begin to take shape.

Alongside my own work, I am a mentor and Student Success Coordinator within the Transformational Sleep programme, and in the School of Living Yoga Online Studio, supporting others in nervous-system-led, rest-based approaches grounded in Yoga Nidra. Truly, where Science Meets Soul.

I discovered that I had all the answers I needed. That I could trust myself. That shame and loss could be integrated, healed. That I could be fully me. And so can you…

The Embodied Woman Framework

The Embodied Woman framework supports women to understand themselves more kindly, create the right conditions for change, and allow a way of living to emerge that feels nourishing, connected, and true.

It honours the rhythms and seasons of women’s lives, recognising that some times call for deeper listening rather than more effort.

If you’re curious about working together, you can explore that here.

How This Work Helps

You may have been holding a great deal for a long time, without fully realising how much it has shaped your energy, your sense of self, and the way you move through the world.

You may be seeking a space where you can be understood without judgement. A place where what you’ve been carrying can be named and met with care, and where change doesn’t need to be forced, but can unfold in its own time.

As this understanding settles, many women notice more ease, clearer boundaries, and a growing trust in themselves.

This is often where something quietly begins.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you are when you no longer have to hold yourself together.

If you are here, you are welcome to take your time.
