UNBOUND a four-month embodied journey
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stretched beyond your own limits, you’re not alone. This is a place to understand yourself more kindly and let your nervous system settle before anything else.
This experience is for women in transition, often during or after menopause, loss, or simply from carrying more than was ever meant to be yours.
It’s for women who want to understand what’s happening within them, and how long-held patterns have shaped the way they think, choose, and move through their lives, without the rest of their world needing to fall apart.

The UNBOUND Journey
UNBOUND unfolds slowly over four months.
Each phase builds on the last, allowing your nervous system to settle before anything is asked to shift.
Nothing is rushed.
You move at your own pace, within a steady, supportive structure.
Phase One - Creating Safety
This is where everything begins.
We focus on:
settling the nervous system
reconnecting with the body as a place you can inhabit
understanding what has brought you here, without judgement
This phase is about steadiness, orientation, and learning how to stop overriding yourself.
Phase Two - Trust & Belonging
Once there is more safety, attention can gently widen.
We explore:
doubt and self-questioning
difficult emotions, met with care rather than control
comparison, belonging, and compassion
This phase supports you to soften patterns of self-abandonment and begin trusting your inner signals again.
Phase Three - Inner Authority
Here, something begins to clarify.
We work with:
boundaries, without guilt
listening for what matters now
reconnecting with desire and direction, without pressure
This is about learning how to listen to yourself honestly.
Phase Four - Integration & Living Forward
Here we weave what you’ve discovered into daily life.
We focus on:
integration rather than intensity
pacing yourself sustainably
honouring change as it unfolds

UNBOUND supports you to build a steadier relationship with your inner world, so when life’s ups and downs arrive, you’re not immediately pulled into overwhelm or self-doubt.
You’ll explore body-led practices, nervous system awareness, and time-honoured wisdom, woven with a science based understanding of stress and change.
Rather than offering quick fixes, UNBOUND helps you cultivate a sense of calm and inner trust you can return to, especially in those moments when everything feels a bit much (and your usual coping strategies suddenly look… less helpful).

There is no expectation to keep up or do more. This meets you exactly where you are.

When you join UNBOUND you’ll immediately get access to the online membership area. Here you’ll find some bonus sessions and a recording of session 1 (some women like to prepare beforehand - if that’s not you just ignore it!)
We meet live every Wednesday that the course runs - with a couple of weeks “off” for integration. In these weeks you’ll have access to other bonus sessions that support the process you’ll be experiencing.

That’s ok - life happens! Each session is recorded. You’ll have access to it in the membership area, even once the course has finished

There is a guidebook to accompany the course along with other helpful resources. Everything is covered in the live sessions and you can always email me if you’re not sure.

It’s £349 for the whole programme. There are payment plans available and I invite you to discuss with me if there is financial hardship but you’d be interested in taking part
