Audio Practices to Support You Anytime
If you’d like to download practices and don’t want to be connected to wifi, so you can listen anytime, the Practice Library also includes a small collection of downloadable audio recordings.
These are designed to be returned to again and again, supporting rest, listening, and nervous system regulation in your own time and space.
Use them, at the end of the day, during times of stress or transition or simply when your body asks to pause. There is a collection of 5-minute pause practices that are perfect for a reset.
