One of the keys to transformational health and well-being is the ability to access your potential.

But, it can be hard to make changes from a place of chronic depletion.


We often push ourselves to achieve, hit targets, and be everything to all people. We are overloaded with well-meaning life advice from social media, friends and colleagues.


So, we might do what we ‘think’ we should be doing and end up even more exhausted and down on ourselves. The ‘good change’ we tried to make didn’t work. We might even think “what’s wrong with me, everyone else is so much stronger and resilient - why can’t I even make simple changes?”

Our body has an innate wisdom and it really does know what we need to nourish us to get shit done effectively (and to let other things go!).
